It’s vital! In fact, it’s tough to find a well-paid job if one doesn’t have a university qualification.
(Reason)I guess this is due to the number of graduates.These days, most young people attend a university. As a result, companies have a wide choice of candidates and even qualified applicants struggle to secure stable jobs.

On the other hand, a multitude of the most successful entrepreneurs don’t posses a formal degree. For instance, Steve Jobs built Apple, even though he didn’t graduate from university. I suppose these individuals are probably one in a million, though they illustrate that hard work and dedication are the keys to real success.
2. Has education in your country changed in the past 10 years?

Certainly, there have been considerable changes to the education system in recent years.

A decade ago, schools followed a traditional curriculum. Students were taught to read and write through repetition and were required to memorize specific details such as dates and names. In short, the focus was on theory.

Nowadays, there is more emphasis on practical assignments and soft skills. Instead of exams, modern schools assess students on a continuous basis. In addition, they are taught to work in teams, helping them to develop social skills.
3. What changes would you like to see in the education system?

Well, I’m a huge fan of technology so I believe it would be a great benefit if there were more subjects related to this.

It is said that computer literacy is one of the most sought after skills in the world right now, but as far as I know courses such as coding are only taught at universities.

Therefore, I think it would a be a good idea to include subjects like online advertising and website design in the high-school curriculum.
